How do I get started?
Our 30-minute discovery sessions happen with our board-certified health and wellness coach in-person or on a video call. We will explore your challenges, goals and create a customized plan that will help you accomplish those goals.

Diving in deeper
Weekly, virtual group meditation that lasts for 40 minutes. Most of the time is spent closing our eyes and practicing. Discussion is always an option at the end.
Every quarter, we host a virtual meditation workshop. This will include discussion around meditation as well as learning and practicing techniques.
Online Fitness Studio
We offer a handful of live, virtual fitness classes each week that focus on core, stability, strength, agility, coordination and mind-body connection. Additionally, you can access our video on demand library any time to fit classes into your schedule.
Monthly, virtual educational sessions around different health topics. These will be recorded on Zoom so you can tune in live or watch later.
Monthly, virtual TLC community gathering that serves to bring our community together, share progress, reset with the big picture around food, focus and fitness and prepare for the upcoming month.
