Group Services

Meditation Meetups

Weekly, virtual group meditation that lasts for 40 minutes. Most of the time is spent closing our eyes and practicing. Discussion is always an option at the end.

Meditation Workshops

Every quarter, we host a virtual meditation workshop. This will include discussion around meditation as well as learning and practicing techniques.

Online Fitness Studio

We offer a handful of live, virtual fitness classes each week that focus on core, stability, strength, agility, coordination and mind-body connection. Additionally, you can access our video on demand library any time to fit classes into your schedule.

Wellness Seminar

Monthly, virtual educational sessions around different health topics. These will be recorded on Zoom so you can tune in live or watch later.

Group Check-Ins

Monthly, virtual TLC community gathering that serves to bring our community together, share progress, reset with the big picture around food, focus and fitness and prepare for the upcoming month.

Progress Review

Review of how your wellness plan is working, your progress and best course of action moving forward.

Online Portal & Resources

Access to Online Portal

Includes online booking, payment processing, private and secure communication with the TLC team, community chats, access to TLC videos and handout resources, document sharing, and food and lifestyle tracking.

Lifestyle & Food Journal
Allows you to log your progress integrating food, focus and fitness goals. This tracking tool is essential to keeping the TLC team updated with your progress.
New TLC Resources
We are always evolving and creating new resources for our members. Resources include videos and handouts around different topics to support you.
TLC Toolbox
Updated monthly, this toolbox includes new recipes, educational handouts and videos to support you on your health journey.
Member Orientation
This self-paced tool teaches you how to get started as a member, reviews expectations, and helps you optimize your membership. You will need to complete this before scheduling your individual appointments with the team.
1-on-1 Chat Access
Access this on your online portal to ask questions, discuss and consult with your TLC team. This is a secure way to privately communicate with your team.

1-on-1 Services

Coaching Session
These sessions last from 30 to 60 minutes and act as accountability as well as get you set up with small action steps for you to focus on in the coming weeks to help you accomplish your greater health goals.
Coaching Check-In
15-minute calls between coaching sessions to assess problems and barriers to your current action step.
Wellness Vision
Create a clear path to your desired health goals with two, 1-hour coaching sessions to explore your goals, motivations and values , build out your goals and develop the framework for your action plan.
Pantry Makeover
60-minute, virtual session to go through your pantry and refrigerator to facilitate your application of the food foundations you have and explore whether certain items are beneficial or harmful to keep.
Learn How to Meal Plan
75-minute session that teaches you how to meal plan, gives you tools to do it and create a week- long meal and prep plan to take home with you. This is a great step to cooking more at home.
Initial Fitness Assessment
Gather baseline fitness data to track your progress. This will include a series of fitness tests and body measurements.
1-on-1 Fitness Training
Get all of Chris’s attention as he trains you through the 5 Phase Fitness Program. Can be in person or virtually.
Medical Appointments
Dr.Soma will discuss your health history, your main health concerns, create an action plan as well as order any necessary blood tests. Dr. Soma is a physician who specializes in bringing you back to health and keeping you there. She safely oversees adjustment of medications required when diet and activity changes. This includes blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol medications. Medical appointments last for 20-45 minutes depending on your specific needs.
Medical Phone Call
20-minute phone calls where you can discuss upcoming doctors appointments, ask medical questions or seek a second opinion
Medical Meal Plan
Get a physician-created meal plan weekly. If you are someone who would cook more or enjoys cooking at home but gets held up by the complexity of picking out recipes that will keep you on track, then this may be the perfect service for you. Dr. Soma will apply her knowledge of your unique health issues and create a meal plan that includes a shopping list, recipes based off your preferences and a day-by-day breakdown.
